APSRU Management and Personnel

APSRU policies and activities are overseen by a Board consisting of management executives from
each of the five contributing organisations. The members of the APSRU Board are -

The Board meets with the APSRU Management Committee at least twice each year to review
activities and consider proposed operational plans, new projects, budgets and any matters of policy.

Membership is representative of both organisations and key result areas.

The APSRU Management Committee is responsible for managing the human resource in APSRU,
developing the unit’s project portfolio, overseeing the conduct of projects, advising the Board on
matters of policy, and the day-to-day management of the unit. The members of the APSRU
