The PERFECT V3 manual is included as much of the code for Howleaky? is derived from PERFECT V3. The main changes from V3 are that only two water use models are included in Howleaky?, a) the EPIC style LAI model and b) a simpler Cover-Crop factor model. It is expected that between these two styles of models, that most vegetation types can be represented in terms of their water use patterns.
