Time series
Time series analyses show or compare the actual data from crop simulations
including crop yields, phenology and soil characteristics.
To analyse a time series:

Whopper Cropper will display a time-series graph like the one below, which can then be customised and exported. The simulation(s) being graphed will be listed in a Simulation details dialogue box.
The Simulation details dialogue box can be moved out of the way by clicking on the title bar and dragging with the left mouse button held down. It can be removed by opening the [View] menu and deselecting Simulation details.

The Time series with mean line and Time series with percentile line produce a time series bar graph with a line to indicate the mean or percentile of the data set that you select from the drop down menu.
You can also choose to display the bars above and below the mean or percentile in different colours. The median is the 50th percentile of a dataset.

The Difference from mean and Difference from percentile options subtract the mean or percentile of a simulation specified in the drop down menu from the time series selected in the upper selection windows. A positive value indicates years above the mean or percentile of the specified dataset, while a negative value indicates years below the mean or percentile.
